Kim graduated Boston College summa cum laude and received the Patrick A. O’Connell award as the top graduate in Finance. She then spent several years in High Yield Investment Banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and moved on to become an institutional Research Analyst covering the Homebuilding Industry for both Kidder and Paine Webber. The unwavering work ethic and extensive knowledge of the homebuilding industry that drove Kim’s success on Wall Street unquestionably bolster her real estate services today. Kim thoroughly understands the importance of prioritizing client interests and maintaining discretion and integrity in business transactions. Kim is also a proud co-founder of The Promise Foundation, a public charity to promote the awareness and prevention of skin cancer. Over the past decade, she and her colleagues have educated more than 10,000 children through their Sun Safe programs. Kim has also served as a board member of both Children’s Aid and Family Services and the Ridgewood Newcomers in addition to chairing several HSA sponsored events. Kim maintains a variety of close ties to the Bergen County community and understands that business does not always come first.

 

As the daughter of an IBM (I’ve Been Moved) executive, she spent her school years moving around the East Coast and is now fortunate and proud to call Bergen County her home for over 30 years. She and her husband have three adult children who were born, raised and educated in Ridgewood, New Jersey in addition to two adorable Havanese dogs.
