About Mary Tarvin Passaro

Born and raised in Ridgewood, Mary Tarvin Passaro offers her clients more than 25 years of real estate experience in the Bergen County area. Mary has recently accepted the position and responsibility of Residential Sales Manager for Tarvin Realtors. She is licensed as a Broker Associate, achieving the highest professional designation in the real estate industry. Mary holds the GRI designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute, which signifies advanced studies in real estate, and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She is a member of Tarvin’s prestigious Five Million Dollar Sales Club.

 

Mary resides in Ridgewood with her husband, John, and their three children, who attend Ridgewood High School, George Washington Middle School and Ridge Elementary School. The daughter of Roy Tarvin, founder of Tarvin Realtors, Mary enjoys keeping close company with her family, including her two brothers and sisters and their families, who all live in Ridgewood.

 

Mary holds a B.A. from Drew University. She is a member of the Saddle River Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, an organization involved in raising funds for local scholarships and educational awards, preserving historical properties and artifacts, and promoting patriotism within the community.
